I smell yet another government department coming wasting billions more in tax dollars each year to perform what 3 motivated people could accomplish in a week.

Let's hope it is policy only and not more unnecessary and frivolous intervention.

Well..If they have some buddies they will make the millions as they scratch each others backs, during implementation of the Plan. And as usual about 5% of the money will get to the people of this country as you said... that are trying to make a differance. It's just plain sad!!! Oh my where have these charcters been in the last couple years, all of a sudden we'll have to push a GREEN plan to get some points.:(
