This item came on tonight. I must say it caught me right 'twixt the eyes. I'd never even heard of it until early this week.

My jaw stopped at about my belt buckle.

I've managed to record it on DVD, and I'm going to watch it again.

Someone has really had their views on things changed - for the better.

It's good to see that architects (or at least some of them) start to realize that traditional building technology (proper siting, passive solar, thermal mass) has something to offer. The last century has seen a departure where energy hungry technology made up for the deficiencies in proper design (lots of heating or cooling). Hopefully this is something that they now teach to the next generation of architect students.
