I am new here.
I have made my own energy, with windpower several years.
My story; http://translate.google.fi/translate?sl=fi&tl=en&js=n&prev=_t&hl=fi&ie=UTF-8&layout=2&eotf=1&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.poikkis.net%2Findex.php%3Ftopic %3D5033.0&act=url
Now I have been testing, to find a good, reliable, simple and cheap solution for a controller, to warm with windpower.
We tested this for a long time, with try and error and with all kind of
capacitors and connection ways.
This power capacitor for power correction (that I mention in my story in the link), was the only one, that gave enough current through, to work as controller in this
system.
My writing about this controller, translated;

This will work with any windgenerator with nominal voltage about 200-250-300V.
It can be higher, but then you must have capacitors, that can take more
than 440V. Those can be found in the same factory and with same capacity.
They are a bit more expensive.
It really works in every place and ALL the power is produced to warm, without any batteries, electronics, anykindof power source etc
In this system, the capacitors must be connected like this:
