Aurora Installer High CPU usage

After a very frustrating search, I finally found the culprit to why explorer.exe had one of my processors constantly pegged. The problem was the Aurora Installer shortcut on my desktop. The way I finally found this was by cutting and pasting all the shortcuts from the desktop to a memory stick and found that the High CPU issue went away. This apparently is not an uncommon problem with shortcuts and other temp files that for some reason Windows 7 tries to read a billion time per second. Hope this helps someone out there get their computer performance back.
