what would be the best for trickle charge on stand-alone airstream with 1kw solar, propane, outback controller/inverter 4/8k, onan generator. most seem like junk. did some southwestern's and others on boats, but did not like. I will mount myself with telescoping aluminum poles and guys. I will not be able to go higher than 30'. don't care about phony ratings, power curves, cut-ins! Just actual output in specific wind conditions. prefer pma, not gearbox style. 1-2k output. could go 110 A/C and rectify, or step down voltage with the controller. Has anyone found anything worthwhile? this system is over-engineered to live out of in N. America.
