Many people like vertical axis wind turbines dued to different reasons, low noise, low RPM, government requirement, tubulence wind resouces,etc.
Many manufacturers or designers also pay more attention on the outlooks of wind turbines, especially vertical wind turbines, while they forget why wind power systems are installed. Yes, electricity is what we shold get.
The efficiency of hawt is around 42%, which ranks in top efficiency levels. Some hawts confirm 45% efficiency on markets, which we have no idea about it. However efficiency of 42% is tested and we are sure of. For vertical, many suppliers do not confirm efficiency or confirm the fake efficiency, because most of the time, it is producing no electricity.
Till now, we do not see any efficiency vertical wind turbines. If any friends have good efficiency vawt(must tested by ownself), lets talk.
