Hi guys,

Can you remember my last years post about a non working 10 Kw SWG turbine ?
I was right all the time
this turbine never went over 1.4 Kw where it should do 10Kw
SWG told me that this was impossible and this could not be warranty

after 1 year of finding a solution we found it.
it took us so long because we had no turbine to compare
we took a good and the bad turbine apart (Thats a hell of a job)

the magnetism in SWG turbines is not the same
this explains a lot of other posts on the internet where the turbine gives not enough power
or has to turn to fast to get any power at all.

look for your self

Very neat Cor!
Maybe not for you, having a bad magnet cage, but interesting nonetheless. Nicely potted magnets, I have to give SWG that.

I can think of many reasons for weak magnets: Over-temperature, bad mixture of compounds that make the up ceramic material constituting the magnet, even just poor magnetizing when they made the batch (they use electromagnets to magnetize the material). Neodymium magnets are notoriously sensitive to high temperatures (which are not very high at all when it comes to demagnetizing), a poor grade of magnets or alternator that's not cooled well would do the job.

This is a new one, I had not seen this before as a reason for a poorly working turbine. Thanks for posting!

this is a new machine
it has never worked
came like this out of the factory

thanks swg

If it is new wind turbine. mayby the bad magnet is used. However, there are serveral reasons for not working wind turbines.
