Hello Green Power community!

I searched everywhere and haven't found any discussion about this line of wind turbines. I decided to open a thread myself so anyone who bought one of these can talk about their experience.

I myself bought the Domus 750 and 250 (for upgrading the first to 6 blades) and I am very disappointed. It looks very nice but I doubt it can ever output the advertised power (500w nominal / 750w peak). The blade set looks powerful but I am no expert. I have the 6 blade version.

I attach a few photos with my turbine and look forward for your experience or opinions.

I've also seen these, but can't find anything about them other than the company/re-seller info and videos. They sell under a few names on eBay. Also operate a site called lmagency.biz "link media agency" which in and of itself sounds fishy...

Anyone have experience to share?

The rotor blades are good and they do put a lot of torque but the included generator is a joke. That thing "maybe" outputs 1 Amp. I did not try a short circuit current test because I don't have much wind for now but for a brushed generator with 0.3mm copper coil wire, I don't see possible an output of 10 Amps (as advertised on the 250w version).
BTW: Both 250w and 750w models have the generator Exactly the same. If any of you want to buy one for testing, save your money and take the 250w version. You will not lose a thing. Also be advised, the pole is not included ! Has to be bought separate.

Unless you're placing it in a spot that channels the wind forget any output at that height. Too close to buildings.

I have as well a Makemu Domus 750W i guess but i think is far from 750W. I doubt it will output even 200W. Probably in a very high wind. Still testing it. I wander if i placed the blades correctly. Iv seen in other pictures the round side on outside as well on the inside.
