If you taped a cat to each blade of a wind turbine then perhaps the wind generated by the rotation would cause the generation of static electricity in the cat's fur. Then as the voltage increased this would cause the cats to stick more strongly to the turbine blade and the tape would be rendered unnecessary. Perpetual energy? :p
