Hey Everyone,

I have got a data file for a turbine geometry for 1kW blade. The data is called a dot array, which I don't really know what dot array means. I have searched online on this term "Dot Array" but I still don't understand it. Anyone one familiar can help understand how to extract the turbine geometry from this data?

Thanks in advance,

Sorry people for the confusion. The data was x, y and z coordinates of 1kW horizontal axis wind blade. I have been working on these coordinates using Rhino 5.0 then I switched to simpler software Gmsh, which is an open source software. I have connected most of the points as attached in the picture.

1260

However, as can be seen in the picture, most of the trailing edges points are missing. I was wondering if some one has dealt with similar problem before. The blade has three airfoils, is there anyway to know specifically what airfoil used at each section shown in the picture above. Also, is there anyway to know the twist angle based on these coordinates. Any hints would be welcomed.

Happy New Year all.....;)
