Looking for parts - Whisper 500

I am wondering if anyone has parts - blades and yaw bearings for a Whisper 500 turbine. A friend needs repairs to his turbine. Anywhere within a couple of hours from Belleville Ontario would be preferred. The number is correct I think - a 3 kW two bladed turbine.
