Planning Permission in UK

Hi All,
I am trying to get a feel for the likelyhood of getting planning permission in the UK for 5kW - 15kW turbines on arable land.

Lets say a 5 acre plot with with 3 turbines. At least 150 metres from the nearest house.

I wonder if anyone could share any insight around this?

I am just toying with the idea and looking at land parcels in the South West of England at the moment, so don't have any specific location in mind, but could provide examples such as this..
