HY5 - MPPT Curve

ust joined the site, full of fantastic information. We are currently working on a Huaying HY5-AD5.6 Wind turbine in terms of re-build etc. Tried but cant get any information from the manufacturer in terms of TSR, poles etc.etc! but have found the original UK Certification Report which has measured power curve at differing wind speeds based on this could I generate an MPPT curve?
