Coming from a skeptical engineering background, I have somewhat of a problem with devices that claim to make more power than what's put into them. Interesting link though!

The news article states government money is invested. It must show promise to obtain that, right?! :rolleyes:
Perhaps it is truly another example of a cold fusion electrolysis cell. Most CF electrolysis cells are using platinum or palladium catalysts with heavy water for cold fusion. Interesting they mention chrome in their catalyst mix.

I agree. You WILL obey the laws of physics. :)
But if it works, I see a new frontier for the steam engine.
